Roslyn Walker

Roslyn is Director and Principal Solicitor of Costacomp Pty Ltd. Roslyn holds an unrestricted practising certificate and was admitted to practise as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2006 and has also been admitted to the High Court of Australia. Roslyn joined Costacomp in 2002 and has extensive experience in costs in large commercial matters. Roslyn attends on taxations in federal courts when the costs issues are unable to be settled. Roslyn is presently a member of the Law Society of New South Wales Costs Committee and the Supreme Court of New South Wales Costs Assessment Rules Committee.

Ashlee Walker

Ashlee joined Costacomp in 2018 and was admitted to practise as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2003. She holds a current practising certificate and has been admitted to the High Court of Australia. Prior to focusing on legal costs, Ashlee worked in both suburban law firms and for a number of years for the Crown Solicitor’s Office. Ashlee has an understanding of costs in complex and sensitive litigation and has extensive experience in preparing Bills of Costs in Federal Court matters, as well as documents for costs assessment in NSW state jurisdictions.
